For the 2026-27 season, Slovenia will have two berths in European play. The champion will enter the UWCL in Round C2, and the runner-up enters the Europa Cup in the first round.

Slovenia's league is the Women's League. Ten teams play a double round-robin. The top five teams advance to the playoffs. The format of the playoffs is unclear. The 2023-24 season had nine teams, with four advancing to a double round-robin playoff.
