For the 2024-25 season, Croatia is entitled to one berth in the UWCL, with the champion entering at C1.
For the 2025-26 season, Croatia will be entitled to one berth in the UWCL, with the champion entering in Round C1.
For the 2026-27 season, Croatia will be entitled to two berths in European play. The champion will enter the UWCL in Round C2, and the runner-up enters the Europa Cup in the first round.

League Format
Croatia's league is the Women's First Football League. Eight teams play a double round-robin. The top four teams advance to the playoffs. Regular season points are carried over, and then teams play an additional double round-robin, for a total of 20 games.
