For the 2024-25 season, France is entitled to three berths in the UWCL. The champion enters the group stage, the runner-up enters round L2, and the third-place team enters L1.
For the 2025-26 season, France will be entitled to three berths in the UWCL. The champion and runner-up enter the league stage, and the third-place team enters in Round L3.
For the 2026-27 season, France will be entitled to three berths in the UWCL. The champion enters the league stage; where the other teams enter is pending.

League Format

France's league is the Première Ligue. Twelve teams play a double round-robin, with the top four advancing to the playoffs. The playoffs are on a knockout system with one-game semifinals, followed by one-game championship and bronze finals.
