2024-25 UWCL Group Stage

The 2024-25 UEFA Women's Champions League consists of three phases: qualifying rounds, a group stage, and the knockout round. Sixteen teams compete in the group stage. Four teams have automatic berths, the champions of the top four associations (France - Lyon, Germany - Bayern Munich, Spain - Barcelona, England - Chelsea), with the fourth earning the bid that would be reserved for the defending champions. Seven other national champions earned their way in through qualifying, as did five teams that finished second or third in their league.
The teams will be drawn into four groups of four, playing each other home-and-away for a total of six games. The top two teams from each group advance to the quarterfinals.

UEFA divides the four groups into two pairs of two: A and B are red; C and D are blue. For nations with multiple teams in the group stage, two teams are designated to be given different colors, ensuring that the teams will play on different days. If a nation qualifies three teams, the third team is unmatched, but cannot go in the same group as the other teams from that nation. The pairings for this draw, as announced by UEFA are:

• GER: Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg
• ITA: Roma and Juventus
• ENG: Chelsea and Arsenal (Manchester City unmatched)
• ESP: Barcelona and Real Madrid
