For the 2024-25 season, Ukraine is entitled to two berths in the UWCL. The champion enters at C1, and the runner-up enters at L1.
For the 2025-26 season, Ukraine will be entitled to three berths in European play. The champion will enter the UWCL in Round C2, the runner-up enters the UWCL at L2, and the third place team enters the Europa Cup in the first round.
For the 2026-27 season, Ukraine will be entitled to three berths in European play. The champion will enter the UWCL in Round C2, the runner-up enters the UWCL at L2, and the third place team enters the Europa Cup in the first round.

League Format

Ukraine's league is the Vyshcha Liha (Top League). Eleven teams play a round-robin. The top six teams advance to the playoffs. Regular season points are carried over, and then teams play an additional double round-robin, for a total of 20 games in 21 matchdays.
